This weekend i was running the 3rd national event as well as the Swiss Relay Champs in the French Jura mountains around La Cure - Les Rousses. The terrain was just fantastic and i could really enjoy to run those competitions! 

European Champs are over and of course there are some words to say. The last week down at the black sea was just  perfect for me. Winning 3 of 4 medals is a balance i've never expected! I'm pretty curious now what the rest of the season will bring...

With yesterdays 500m Test in Zofingen, i finished my last trainingblock before the first season peak. There were now 3 weeks of good training after 10mila.
