With Smalandskavlen in Jönköping i brought my Competition in a nice way to an end. Together with my teammates we could win this relay!

We startet well with two solid Nightlegs from Hannu and Tommi. So we startet on Sundaymorning in 5th spot, 4 Minutes behind the leader Stora Tuna and in touch with the favorite teams. Simo showed a strong 3rd leg and finished with the leading group! Also Jan had no problems and kept the position and sent me out on the last leg in the lead together with Mats Troeng (OK Linné). After some safe first control i made a 40" mistake at the 6th control. After that i speeded up on the tracks and i could distance myself from Mats. Thereafter i was running all alone, doing a good technical job but not my best. Several times i lost some seconds too much for beeing really satisfied with my race. But i could bring the Victory of Kalevan Rasti with a safe margin of little bit more than one minute into the finish...

For all of us it's a nice ending of the season and one step closer to the big relays...
